Description

0.5 % Thioctic acid in injectable solution. Hepatoprotectant and detoxifying agent.

Composition

Component	Quantity
Thioctic acid	0,5 gr.
Double distilled water q.s.	100 ml.

Indications

ndicated in liver disorders. Coadyuvant in the treatmentof hepatitis, hematosis, poisoning brought on by medication and food.

Normalizes specific altered serum enzyme values.

Stress, anorexia.

Route of administration

Slow intravenous or intramuscular injection, depending on the animal.

Dosage

Animal	Suggested dosis
Cattle	20 to 30 ml/day, intravenous or deep intramuscular injection.Duration of treatment will depend on animal health professional's advice.
Horses	20 to 25 ml/day, during 5 days via slow intravenous injection.
Cats and dogs	5 to 10 ml/day, during 5 days. Via intravenous or deep intramuscular injection.

Precautions and contraindications

• In the event of any adverse reaction, stop treatment.
• Do not administer this medicine together with other/s in the same syringe.

Use restrictions

• Do not administer to animals for human consumption or during lactation.
