Indications:Indicated to treat respiratory tract, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, septicemic, ocular and mammary infections caused by a wide range of bacteria sensitive to gentamicin spectrum;for example: Staphylococos aureus, agalactiae and dysgalactiae;enterotoxigenic and non-enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli;Klebsiella sp.;Proteus sp.;Salmonella sp.;Streptococo betahemolico;Shigella sp.;Pseudomona aeruginosa. Foals | 3.3 mg/kg live weight, twice a day (1 ml per 12 kg live weight). | Adults | 2 mg/kg live weight, 3 to 4 times a day (5 ml per 100 kg live weight). | Mares | Intrauterine treatment of endometritis sensitive to the gentamicin spectrum. | It is recommended to dilute 50 to 100 ml of GENTA G in 200 ml of sterile physiological solution. Apply at the discretion of the animal health professional every 12 hours during 3 to 5 days. |

Precautions and contraindications- Do not use together with Chloramphenicol, Tetracycline and Erythromycin, due to its antagonistic effect.
- Avoid using together with diuretics like Furosemide that can increase risk of nephrotoxicity.
- In prolonged treatments or doses higher than indicated, consider possibility of ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity.
- Do not use during gestation period.
- Do not use on animals with restricted renal function.
Use restrictions- Do not administer to animals for human consumption 60 days before slaughter.
- Do not use milk for human consumption or dairy industry until 72 hours have elapsed from last dose.
